Bachelor degree at UPM
11 years of school is not enough to get into UPM. Since students study longer in Malaysia, you must first eliminate the academic difference — study for a year at a university in your home country, or take one of the preparatory programs (A-Levels, IB, Foundation, etc.).
UPM campus
The campus of UPM is suburban. Students live in a close-knit community and enjoy the benefits of the natural environment around them. However, they also have access to urban entertainment such as shopping malls, restaurants and cinemas. The university has a library where students can do their homework, write scientific papers or just read interesting books. Foreigners who come to UPM through exchange programs study and live with local students. Thus, the university promotes intercultural exchange and the establishment of interethnic relations.
